Evening Snow Kiting

Today was a wonderful Alaska Spring Day. “Alaska Spring” being defined as March-to-early-April, sunny, warm (above zero), and fresh snow. Basically a fabulous Blue Bird day. The gorgeous day went continued right in to the evening. I took Tygey for an apres dinner constitutional along the Coastal Trail. The sun was setting, skiers, walkers, and runners were out. And most spectacularly, a group of snow kiters were out on the Lagoon.

You gotta admit, Alaska certainly is a ton of fun! Kite skiing basically right out our front door. Doesn’t get much better than that.
