In Seattle for the Red Sox-Mariners Series
The Ski Boy, Pooh, and I arrived in the Emerald City last night. Definitely one of my favorite cities. We cabbed from the airport to the Vintage Park Hotel, checked in, and then zoomed down to Wild Ginger for my now traditional arrival night dinner at their Satay Bar.
Seth observed that I was “Norm” from Cheers all over again - other than the cab driver, everyone knew me, was happy to see me, and even had my drinks waiting right down to the Satay Separator at Wild Ginger.
Ahhh…life is good.
