Bracketology
I spent last night in my hotel room putting together my NCAA Tourney picks. I actually spend a bit of time doing research etc. The key to bracketolgy success is to make a few intelligent stabs at longshot selection. For example, one of my longshots is Oral Roberts - I think this must be the only time ever in my entire life that I’ve ever rooted for anything associated with ORU.
Unfortunately, as I type, there are 11 minutes to go in the 2nd half and ORU is behind Wazzu by 9 points ugh.
My final four is: Florida, UCLA, North Carolina, and Ohio State.
I picked North Carolina to win the whole thing.
UPDATE: Wazzu creamed ORU: 70-54. So, much for the intelligent longshot pick….
