A Morning in Corporate America

Entertaining morning here in Corporate America. Our building seems to have a water pressure issue - as in no water pressure. My bet is that this is a delayed reaction to a burst pipe of a few weeks ago that flooded the lobby. My guess is that the repairs didn’t quite work as planned.

Anyhoo, the restrooms on the 15th and 16th floors do have water. So, to use the potty, one needs to take a journey. Amusingly, when I made my potty run, the elevator stopped on every floor between 6 and 15 to pick up other folks heading off to the head. Somehow I was reminded of the old days and trips to the outhouse.

Also, it’s a very pretty day. We’ve had a bunch of ice fog, so the trees are covered in hoar frost.

Here’s the view from Jim’s office window.
